Winter Forest

Happy Saturday afternoon to everyone. I've got another card to share, but this one is definitely not a Valentine's Day card. I'm not sure exactly what it is, but I like it.

I've been wanting to use this stencil since I bought it about a year ago, but this was my first time to take it out of the package. I ran it through my Cuttlebug so I wouldn't have to use my embossing tool, and I'm pleased with how well it embossed. I used navy cardstock with a white core. After embossing, I sanded through to the white, then used brown chalk. I mounted it on tan cardstock. I'm thinking maybe it's a sympathy card, but it could be a a manly birthday card.
