Hey yall. I thought I'd share a few things I've done with my Cricut. First of all I want to show you Anthony's wall plaque thingy that Aunt Pat and I did while I was visiting her.
We found these wooden plaques at Dollar Tree for just $1. We covered them in paper with Mod Podge. Anthony's name is cut out of black cardstock using the Tall Ball font on the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge. I cut the tiger stripes out of the black cardstock also. Anthony's only request for Christmas was tigers. I think his love for tigers started with LSU, but has gone way farther than that. We also made Joey and my cousin James each a plaque. I'll show those later.
Next are some simple cards made with the Stretch Your Imagination cartridge, my current favorite.
I LOVE this grasshopper! The birdhouse card is for my mom's birthday, which is coming up on January 11. I don't think Momma reads my blog very regularly (if at all), so I figured it was safe.
By the way, I thought I'd clear up my last post for those of you who weren't in on the joke. Kate loves to make fun of my blog. She thinks by calling me Paper Addict all the time that she's insulting me. She's so funny. I can see how I would look like a dork to a 13-year old. I would be worried if she really did think all that I did was awesome--I do not want to go back to 13. I hope yall are having a great evening. We went to some friends' house for dinner. It was fun, but I am so tired. I was probably a party pooper, but that's okay. Hopefully I can craft tomorrow and show you some more fun projects.
